  1. There is no minimum stay requirement.
     

  2. Weekends (Friday & Saturday) in July and August a deposit is required to secure all reservations. If only one night’s stay (either Friday or Saturday) full payment is required. If more than one night is reserved then a deposit of one night’s stay at the weekend rate will be required with balance being paid at check in. All other reservations may be held with your major credit card.
     

  3. CANCELLATION POLICY: Summer (July & August) weekends (Friday & Saturday) reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to arrival date. If cancelled prior to 14 days, a full refund of your deposit will be issued. All other reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival. ANY RESERVATION NOT CANCELED WITHIN THE CANCELLATION PERIOD, WILL BE CHARGED FOR 1 NIGHTS LODGING PLUS TAX!
